Known for his unmatched technical brilliance, soulful expression, and rhythmic innovation, Ustad Zakir Hussain Ji has elevated the art of tabla to global acclaim. His performances transcend borders and genres, uniting listeners through the universal language of rhythm.
With the divine guidance of His Holiness Satguru Jagjit Singh Ji and the blessings of Satguru Uday Singh Ji, the Namdhari Sikh Sangat, Sri Bhaini Sahib, is delighted to announce a Tabla Competition dedicated to the cherished memory of Ustad Zakir Hussain Ji. This special event aims to inspire the younger generation, encourage musical talent, and uphold the purity of traditional Tabla playing.
